猫皮层体感Ⅱ区内脏伤害感受神经元的电生理特性及形态特征

摘  要:应用胞内记录和标记技术, 观察了猫皮质第Ⅱ感觉区(the second somatosensory cortex,SⅡ) 内脏大神经代表区的神经元对电刺激内脏大神经的诱发反应及形态特征。结果表明, 在251 个记录单位中, 有109 个为内脏伤害性感受神经元, 其诱发反应分为兴奋性( 占总数的38-53 % ) 、抑制性(42-20 % ) 及混合性(19-31% ) 三类。在形式上IPSP及EPSPIPSP序列反应较多。对其中21 个神经元用神经生物素进行细胞内电泳标记, 显示细胞的形态特点是胞体较小, 分布于皮质Ⅱ、Ⅲ及Ⅴ层, 其中兴奋性神经元形态多为复杂的锥体神经元, 抑制性神经元多为星型细胞。实验证明, 体感SⅡ区存在内脏伤害性感受神经元。Electrophysiological and morphological properties of the visceral nociceptive neurons (VNNs) in the secondary somatosensory cortex (SⅡ) area of 16 cats were investigated with intracellular recording and labeling method. Electrophysiological properties of a total of 251 neurons were identified, 109 of which were induced to discharge by stimulating the greater splanchnic nerve and therefore were simply designated as VNNs. Various patterns of the response could be recorded: excitatory (38 53%), inhibitory (42 20%) and excitato inhibitory (19 31%). Following acquisition of electrophysiological data, neurobiotin was injected into 21 cells by electrophoresis to show their morphology and distribution in the cerebral cortex. It was found that excitatory VNNs were pyramidal neurons predominantly, whereas more inhibitory VNNs were stellate neurons.
