摘　　要：产业结构调整是加快我国经济社会发展的必然要求,而产业结构调整对大学毕业生的就业也产生了直接影响。在近年产业结构快速调整中,大学毕业生的就业出现了"专业不对口"、"需要工作经验"、"知识滞后"等现象。提高大学生的就业适应力可从优化专业人才培养结构、强化大学生能力培养和发展继续教育事业等几个方面着手。As the prerequisite of accelerating economic development in China,industrial reconstruction affects the employment of college graduates.During the rapid industrial reconstruction recently,such phenomena just arises in college graduates′ employment as ＂mismatch between majors and jobs＂,＂requirement for working experiences＂ and ＂lack of frontier knowledge＂ etc.In order to establish college graduates′ adaptability,it is supposed to optimize the professional cultivation structure,improve the related employment abilities,and develop continuing education program.
