摘 要:鱼类养殖企业的碳排放主要采用鱼类生产的经营周期方法进行测算,测算过程分为渔用饲料加工和运输的准备阶段、增氧和水泵供水的养殖阶段,以及鱼产品出塘和运输的销售阶段。计算我国北方主要鱼类品种的产污系数,可测算出我国北方鱼类养殖企业的产污量。本文研究表明,碳排放和产污系数可以看作评价鱼类养殖企业对环境影响程度的两个维度,前者通过纵向测算反映了企业整体特点,后者通过统计每一种鱼对环境产生的影响,反映了不同品种的鱼会对环境产生的不同影响。Methods of calculating the carbon emission includes model method, life cycle method, the decision tree method ,etc. The fish-culture enterprises mainly use the operating cycle of the fish production to calculate the carbon emission and the calculating progress is divided into the preparation part including the production and the transportation of the fish feeds, the cultivation part including the use of oxygen supply and the water pump and the sale part including the catch and transportation the mature fish. The pollution load of the fish-culture can be got from the calculation of the pollution coefficient of the main kind fish in the north of China. The research of this article states that, the carbon emission and the pollution coefficient can be considered as two dimensions to assess the effect which the fish-culture enterprises have on the environment, the former reflecting the integrated character of the enterprise by the longitudinal calculation and the later reflecting the different environmental effect resulting from the different kinds of fish by the statistics of the diverse pollution coefficient.
