E-Tracking技术评价系统性红斑狼疮患者颈总动脉弹性的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨血管回声跟踪(E-Tracking,ET)技术检测系统性红斑狼疮患者颈总动脉弹性的临床价值。方法:应用ET技术测量系统性红斑狼疮患者45例及38例正常人同侧颈总动脉的内-中膜厚度(I MT)、弹性模量(Ep)、僵硬度(β)、顺应性(AC)、膨大指数(AI)、脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ)、收缩期血压?舒张期血压及脉压。结果:系统性红斑狼疮组I MT、Ep、β、AI、PWVβ、收缩期血压?舒张期血压?脉压较正常人对照组明显增高(P<0.001),AC较正常人对照组明显减低(P<0.001)。结论:应用血管回声跟踪技术能够定性及定量地检测系统性红斑狼疮患者颈总动脉弹性及功能变化特点,为临床早期预防及干预性药物治疗提供可靠的依据。Objective：To assess common carotid artery elasticity in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus arteritis by ultrasonic echo-tracking technique.Methods：Forty-five patients with SLE and thirty-eight control subjects were recruited in this study.An ultrasonic echo-tracking method was used to evaluate common carotid artery elastic modulus,including pressure-strain elastic modulus（Ep）,stiffness parameter（β）,arterial compliance（AC）,augment index（AI） and one point pulse wave velocity（PWVβ）.Results：The common carotid artery Ep,β,AC,AI,PWVβ,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and pulse pressure were statistically significantly higher in patients with SLE than in controls.The common carotid artery AC was lower in patients with SLE than in controls.Conclusion：Echo-tracking technique may assess common carotid artery elastic and functional qualitatively and quantitatively,and provide a reliable theoretical basis for prevention and intervention drug treatment in early clinical.
