摘  要:目的:探讨应用指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复指端缺损的临床效果和方法。方法:应用指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复132例146指指端缺损的患者,吻合或不吻合指固有神经背侧支,皮瓣切取面积1.0 cm×1.0 cm~3.0 cm×2.5 cm。结果:146例皮瓣全部成活,术后68例获得随访6~24月,伤指外形满意,指腹饱满,两点分辨率在6~8 cm,供区损伤小,吻合与不吻合指固有神经背侧支的远期疗效差别不明显。结论:应用指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复末节指端缺损疗效较好,该皮瓣是修复指端缺损的较理想的手术方法。Objectlve:To explore the clinic effect of repairing fingertip defect with reverse digital artery island flap. Methods: A total of 146 fingers of fingertip defect in 132 cases were treated with reverse digital artery island flap inosculating or not inosculating the dorsal branches of digital'nerve, the flaps area were 1.0 cm x 1.0 cm to 3.0 cm x 2.5 cm. Results: All flaps survived. Appearance of injured finger was satisfying and finger pulp was well - stacked in 68 cases followed up for 6 to12 months. Resolution between the two points was 6 to 8 cm. Injury to donor site was minor. There was no obvious difference in efficacy whether inosculating the dorsal branches of digital nerve or not. Conclusion: Reverse digital artery island flap showed a good efficacy on the repairing of fingertip defect.
