摘  要:提出一种多翼封闭式离心风机叶轮的新型砂型整体铸造成型工艺,采用"开式叶轮叶片泥芯、闭式整体铸造"的工艺方法,分别制作出叶轮内型芯脱胚模和叶轮外廓砂型模,实现了叶轮的整体铸造,解决了多翼、封闭式结构叶轮整体铸造时无法脱模的技术难题;采用该工艺整体铸造的风机叶轮不仅铸造精度高、结构强度高、质量好,而且铸造成本低,生产效率高。实践证明本工艺可广泛应用于各种多翼式叶轮的整体浇注。The authors describe a new block sand casting technique for making centrifugal fan multi-blades and enclose impeller in this paper.This new technique adopts the "opening lamina model structure and enclose in-block casting technique" which is firstly to manufacture the inner core sever butt and exterior mould of an impeller in time.And then it carries out the block cast of the impeller and solves the technical problem of taking out a narrow flow-channel shaped and seal structured impeller pattern.Applying this technique,the precision and quality and the structure rigidity of impeller casting can be ensured with efficiency in manufacturing and it also reduces the cost of casting.After a lot of experiments,this new technique can apply in block casting of many types of multi-blades impeller.
