摘 要:研究了低压脉冲磁场和微量Sr作用下ZL114A合金凝固组织的变化,考察了脉冲电压和Sr含量对合金初生铝相和共晶硅相的影响。结果表明,在低压脉冲磁场和微量Sr的共同作用下,合金的初生铝相和共晶硅相均显著细化;在0~250 V范围内,随着脉冲电压的增加,合金的晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,其初生相由发达的树枝晶转变为蔷薇状晶体,共晶硅相变化较小;当脉冲电压为200 V,在0.02%~0.06%范围内,随着Sr含量的增加,共晶硅的平均长度逐渐减小,其形态由针片状转变为短棒状或颗粒状,初生铝相形态无明显变化。The influences of different pulse voltages and Sr contents on solidified structures of ZL114A alloy under low-voltage pulsed magnetic field were investigated in this paper.The results show that primary phase and eutectic Si of the alloy can be refined obviously by low voltage pulsed magnetic field and tiny Sr.When pulse voltage is 0-250 V,with the increases of pulse voltage,grain size of the alloy decreases and primary phase changes from well developed dendrite to rose shaped crystal,but the magnetic field has little effect on eutectic Si.When the pulse voltage is 200 V and the Sr content is 0~0.06%,average length of eutectic Si decreases with the increase of Sr content and the shape of eutectic Si changes from long needle like to fine granular or cosh,but the shape of primary phase has no obvious change.
