摘　　要：慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(chronic viral hepatitis B,CHB)是危害我国人民健康的重大传染病。鉴于中医对乙肝辨证施治的特色和优势,本文回顾了迄今CHB的证候客观化研究,并针对其存在的问题,从"病-证结合"研究出发,提出了还原论与整体论、控制论与系统论相结合,基于系统生物学的CHB中医证候生物学基础的研究思路、方法和研究途径。Chronic viral hepatitis B （CHB） is a major infectious disease greatly harmful to the health of Chinese people. Chinese medicine has its speciality and advantages in treating it depending syndrome-differentiation. The objectified researches regarding Chinese medical syndromes in CHB heretofore were reviewed in this article. Moreover,aiming at existing problems and taking the angle of ＂disease-syndrome combining＂ study,authors put forward research approach,and approaches for studying systemic biology based biological basis of Chinese medical syndrome in hepatitis B with reductionism and holism,cybernetics and system theories in combination.
