复方杜仲片对腰椎间盘突出症患者外周血中IL-1及其1βmRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:检测急性腰椎间盘突出症(LIDH)患者外周血中白介素1(IL-1)及其1βmRNA表达水平,探讨中药复方杜仲片治疗LIDH的分子作用机制。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)技术分析LIDH患者治疗前后及正常人外周血中IL-1及其mRNA表达水平的变化。结果:LIDH患者治疗前外周血中IL-1及其1βmRNA表达水平较正常对照组显著增高,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经复方杜仲片治疗后IL-1及其1β mRNA达水平减低,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);LIDH患者治疗前后IL-1及其1βmRNA表达水平自身比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方杜仲片能通过下调LIDH患者外周血中IL-1及其1βmRNA表达,降低外周血中IL-1浓度和1βmRNA活性,达到治疗LIDH的作用。Objective：To investigate the expression of interleukin-1（IL-1） and IL-1β mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with acute lumbar intervertebral disc herniation（LIDH）,and to explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine Fufang Duzhong tablet for treating LIDH.Methods：The expression levels of IL-1 and IL-1β mRNA were detected by ELISA and RT-PCR methods in peripheral blood of patients with LIDH before and after treatment respectively,as well as normal people.Results：The expression levels of IL-1 and IL-1β mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with LIDH before treatment were obviously higher compared with the healthy controls（P〈0.05）.However,they were decreased markedly after treatment,and there was no statistically significant difference compared with the healthy controls（P〉0.05）.But compared the levels before and after treatment,there was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Fufang Duzhong tablet could down-regulate expression of IL-1and IL-1β mRNA in peripheral blood for treating LIDH.
