摘 要:目的:探讨广东省致乏库蚊对有机磷抗性的发生发展规律,寻求科学的预防和治理抗性策略。方法:蚊虫滤纸酯酶快速检测法。结果:各地区致乏库蚊滤纸酯酶EF50(OD值)与其对马拉硫磷LC50呈正相关(r=0.9813,df=5,P<0.01);对巴沙LC50也呈正相关(r=0.9379,df=5,P<0.01);与溴氰菊酯不呈相关性(r=0.6637,df=5,P>0.05)。结论:广州、深圳致乏库蚊对有机磷抗性明显高于韶关、汕头和茂名,与生物测定法结果一致。Study on intigrate of esterase activity in single mosquito of field collections from five cities of Guangdong province by Filter Paper test,and comparation the result of PF/Est test with that of biossay with several insecticides,show as follows.The proportion of insects with susceptible-like esterase activity was strongly correlated with the proportion found to be susceptible by biossay with malathion( P <0.01),and was not correlated with the proportion found to be susceptible by biossay with deltamethrion( P >0.05). In addition,the 50th percentile of esterase activity in each strains was strongly correlated with the LC 50 of each of malathion and bassa( P <0.01),and was not correlated with the LC 50 of deltamethrion( P >0.05). The results show that the resistant level to organophosphate of mosquitoes in Guangzhou and Shengzhen are higher than that of Shangtuo,Shaoguan and Maoming.
