摘　　要：针对贵州省经济相对落后、城市人口密度较大的省情，在非省会城市的居住小区建设、规划及单体设计中，就保证较高容积率和建筑密度的前提下创造较好的居住环境，提供了一个实例。This paper provides a successful example for the planning and designation of unit building with a better dwelling environment and a higher plot ratio and building density in a non provincial capital city in Guizhou province.In the project special attention is paid to the situation of the province which is relatively backward in economy and has a higher density of urban population.
