摘 要:环境系统和经济系统的耦合协调发展是实现可持续发展的核心。依据经济增长与环境交互作用的强弱程度,把环境库兹涅茨曲线划分为低水平耦合、颉颃、磨合和高水平耦合4个阶段,应用演化博弈分析不同阶段区域主体之间生态合作竞争的博弈演化。用演化稳定策略来描述生态合作竞争博弈的长期演化趋势,并进一步探讨区域生态补偿的可行性。最后,针对演化博弈分析的结果,提出通过建立区域生态-经济合作机制来解决区域生态环境问题的思路,并进行实证研究。Coordination development of environmental and economic systems is the core to achieve sustainable development.Based on the extent of interaction strength between economic growth and environment,the environmental Kuznets curve is divided into four stages including low-level coupling,antagonist,grinding and high levels of coupling.Then,the Game evolution between regions at different stages is analyzed by Evolutionary Game,evolutionary stable strategy is used to describe the ecological competing game of the long-term evolution trends,and further,the feasibility of the regional eco-compensation is discussed.Finally,according to the results of the evolutionary game,the idea of establishing a regional ecological-economic cooperation mechanism is proposed to address the eco-environmental problems.At last,an empirical case is studied.
