摘　　要：水轮机导水机构设置的剪断销是导水传动机构中的安全保护元件。由于电站机组运行时剪断销频繁剪断影响机组的正常运行,因此分析剪断销频繁剪断原因,提出相应的措施对机组的稳定、可靠运行有其现实指导意义。Shear pins are set for turbine distrbutors to work as the safety protection elements for the gate operation mechanism. If there is blockage between guide wanes, and the operating torque of the driving parts is rapidly increased, the shear pins break to protect other driving parts. But it would be abnormal if there are frequent breakings with the shear pins during operation of power plants, which will certainly disrupt the normal operation of the units. So it is of guiding significance to analyze the reason of frequent breaking and to take aetions to guarantee the stable and reliable operalion of the units.
