摘 要:目的探讨维持性血液透析患者水负荷增加量与左心室肥厚之间的关系。方法选取维持性血液透析患者34例,每周透析3次,每次透析3 h,计算2周平均水负荷增加量和左心室质量指数,将平均水负荷增加量与达到左心室肥厚的左心室质量指数作相关性分析。结果平均水负荷增加量与左心室质量指数呈正相关(r=0.645,P<0.001)。结论血透患者水负荷增加量可以影响左心室肥厚严重程度,透析间期水负荷增加量越多,左心室肥厚程度越严重。Objective To research the correlation between interdialytic volume overload and left venticular hypertrophy in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods 34 maintenance hemodialysis patients were enrolled in blood purification center of Anqing municipal hospital,underwent a standard 3-times-a-week and 4-hours-each-time.Continuous 2 weeks total interdialytic volume overload was recorded.Average volume overload was calculated.Left ventricular internal diameter(VLDd),left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWTd) and left ventricular septal thickness(LVSTd) in diastole were measured by echocardiography in postdialysis period.Left ventricular mass index(LVMI) was calculated and left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) was assessed.And correlation analysis was made between average volume overload and left ventricular hypertrophy.Results Average volume overload was positively correlated with LVH(r=0.654,P﹤0.001).Conclusion Interdialytic volume overload could influence the severity of left ventricular hypertrophy,the more interdialytic volume overload increased,the more severe left ventricular hypertrophy happened.
