腹腔镜手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝130例临床分析

摘　　要：目的评价小儿腹股沟斜疝腹腔镜手术的方法和及其疗效。方法回顾性分析2006年8月至2010年2月130例小儿腹股沟斜疝行腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术的临床资料。结果手术均顺利完成,平均手术时间25 min。发现隐性疝5例,阴囊积气2例,切口线结反应1例,复发1例。结论腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟斜疝外科手术治疗创伤小、住院时间短、安全、疗效可靠。Objective To evaluate the methods and their efficacy of laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac for children with indirect inguinal hernia.Methods A retrospective analysis on the clinical data from August 2006 to February 2010,130 children with hernia sac with inguinal hernia underwent laparoscopic high ligation of indirect inguinal hernia surgery.Results All the operations were successfully completed.The average operation time was 25 min.five cases were found with occult hernia,two cases scrotal gas,one case silk reaction,and one case recurrence.Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of indirect inguinal hernia appears to be minimally invasive,safe,effective,reliable and having a shorter hospital stay.
