摘　　要：医院隐性知识管理一直是医院知识管理的重点和难点所在。本文从医院隐性知识管理的内涵出发,论述了构建医院隐性知识管理系统的必要性,并初步构建了医院隐性知识管理系统,对于隐性知识的整合和共享从而进行技术创新具有一定的借鉴意义。The management of hospital tacit knowledge has always been the emphasis and difficulty in hospital knowledge management.In this paper,we describe the content of tacit knowledge management,discuss the need for establishing management systems of hospital tacit knowledge and initially build one,which has a reference significance for the integration and sharing of tacit knowledge to carry out technological innovation.
