摘　　要：目的:以国内外社区卫生领域信息化管理现状为背景,针对当前社区卫生信息化存在的问题,提出了新的管理思路。方法:研究和设计了基于SOA的社区医疗服务信息平台,并以深圳宝安人民医院和其所辖的10个社康站作为研究基地。结果:使患者可以在社康中心享受到宝安人民医院的医疗设备、技术等方面的资源,实现了双向转诊。结论:转变了以往社区卫生服务的工作模式,优化了居民的就诊流程,真正实现了"小病在社区,大病进医院,康复回社区"的管理模式。Objective To put forward a new management conception based on current situation of domestic and foreign community health informatization management as the background,in accordance with the problems existing in community health informatization at present.Methods The community health service informatization platform based on SOA was researched and designed,and the People＇s Hospital of Bao＇an in Shenzhen and its 10 community health services centers were selected as the bases of the research.Results The platform provided community patients with the armarium,technology,and other resource of People＇s Hospital of Bao＇an.A convenient two-way referral was realized.Conclusion The platform changes the pattern of old community service,optimizes the patients＇ visiting flow,realizes the ＂minor illness treated in the community,seriously illness treated in the hospital,rehabilitation back to community ＂ management really.
