摘　　要：通过说明医学院校《中国近现代史纲要》课教学以医学职业人格培养为切入点的必要性:是加强和改进《纲要》课教学的需要;是医学生健康全面发展的需要,并结合教学实践,进一步论述了充分挖掘教学内容资源,注重培养医学生的六种职业人格:坚定的理想信念,高度的责任意识,务实、创新意识,服务、奉献意识,团结、合作意识,坚忍不拔、积极乐观的意志品质。This article points out the necessity to take fostering ideal vocational personality in medical students as the breakthrough point in teaching the outline of Chinese modem history course. Combined with teaching practice, it further expounds the importance to tap teaching content resources and foster ＂6 types＂ of vocational personality in medical students： firm idea and belief, high sense of responsibility, consciousness of pragmatic approach and innovation, consciousness of service and dedication, consciousness of solidarity and coordination as well as virtue of perseverance and optimism.
