摘　　要：家长的经常性使用语言包含多种正负性汉语情绪词和认知功能偏差寓意相关词,其中有些词极普通但却具不易察觉的伤害性。探索家长在引导患儿医疗行为主动性成长中,经医务人员判别具有负面意义的家庭教育用语,即我们称之为非良性词汇习惯用语,以便培育正确的伦理思考习惯。通过研究解析家长不良指导言语的逻辑思维结构,提出按逻辑思路背景的结构分类法。将所有词汇分为两大类与两亚类;两大类分别为情绪化为主的思路和认知缺陷为主的思路,并试图从中找出理性认知、医学文化传播的一般方法。Gardians＇regularly used language contains various emotionally positive and negative words and cognitive deviation implication related words, some of which seem ordinary but actually harmful to children. This article explores the usage of those emotionally positive and negative words and cognitive deviation implication related words （ known as the non - benign glossary by medical professionals ） in guardians＇ guiding their children in initiative medical service behaviors, aiming to establish a favorable approach of ethical thinking. This research has analyzed the logical thinking structure of guardians＇ improper instructive language and raises a structure classification according to the logical mentality background. We possess the glossary to divide into two broad headings including emotion -based logic and cognition deficiency based logic, and two subgroups, and attempt to discover a general method for the rational cognition and the medical culture dissemination.
