摘　　要：为使学生形成良好的医德品质,将医德教育的实践融入校园文化的建设中,应通过医德宣誓、学英模、红丝带宣传、新医改论坛、校企交流等系列医德教育项目的实践,构建起多元化的医德实践教育状态,并实现人才质量显著提升。要使医德教育活动品牌化发展,需走可开放的,持续发展的医德建设之路。To cultivate medical students with good qualification of medical ethics, practice of medical ethics education should be integrated into campus culture construction. Relevant programs include pledge of medical ethics, learning from role models, red ribbon propaganda, on - line forum of new medical system reform, and communication between university and enterprise, in order to construct a multi - dimensional medical ethics practice, improve talents＇ quality, build the brand of medical ethics education, and carry out an open and sustainable construction of medical ethics education.
