新医改视野下医生多点执业及其政府监管研究——以温州市为例

摘　　要：新医改提出了"研究探索注册医师多点执业"方案,这意味着我国医师制度的重大变革,医生的多点执业再次成为各方关注的焦点。以温州市为例,分析医生多点执业的现状与存在的问题,认为政府应在医生多点执业的考核、监管、对多点执业中医生和民众的引导上扮演重要角色。In 2009, the new medical reform puts forward the program that registered medical practitioners can practice in multi - sites, which means a major change in China＇s physician system. Multi - sited medical practice has again become the social focus. This paper analyzes the status and problems existed in multi -sited program of Wenzhou, considering that the government should do more in the assessment and monitoring, and play an important role in the guidance of this new program for doctors and citizens.
