摘　　要：目的调查了解四川省各级疾控机构从事鼠疫防治和监测工作人员的构成情况,为四川省今后鼠疫专业技术人员的合理建设提供依据。方法收集各级从事鼠疫专业人员的年龄、学历、职称构成等相关情况进行统计分析。结果四川省共有鼠疫防止专业人员63人。所有从业人员中,平均年龄35.7岁,男性51人,女性12人,男女性别比4.25∶1;少数民族专业人员共有29人,占46.03%;各级专业人员中没有硕士研究生及以上的高学历人才;仅有1名动物昆虫鉴定和研究方面的人才。结论四川省鼠疫防治专业人员年龄、性别、民族构成比较合理,但缺乏研究生以上的高学历专业人才。Objective To understand the composition of health personnel engaged in plague prevention and control in CDCs at all level in Sichuan,and provide evidence for the allocation of human resources for plague prevention and control.MethodsThe information of health personnel for plague prevention and control in CDCs at all levels was collected and analyzed statistically,which include age,education background and professional title.Results Sixty three health personnel were engaged in the prevention and control of plague.The average age was 35.7 years old,51 were males and 12 were females.The male-female ratio was 4.25∶1.Among these personnel,29 belonged to minority nationality（46.03%）.Non of the health personnel was with master or doctor degree.Only one person was animal and insect expert.ConclusionThe composition of health personnel engaged in plague prevention and control on age,sex and nationality are reasonable,but the personnel with higher educational level are needed.
