广西与江苏、浙江创新能力之比较研究

摘　　要：从创新环境、创新市场、知识创新能力、企业技术创新能力等方面,对广西与江苏、浙江进行比较研究。广西创新能力低的主要原因在于人才缺乏、企业缺乏技术创新、多元化投融资体系没有形成、创新环境没有建设到位。促进广西经济快速发展并达到江浙沿海等省的水平,必须从人才培养和引进、企业技术创新、创新服务等方面采取切实可行的措施促进技术创新,提高广西创新能力。In this article,Guangxi is compared with Jiangsu and Zhejiang from the following aspects：the innovation environment,innovation market,knowlidge innovation and technological innovation of enterprise and so on.The main reasons for the low innovation capacity of Guangxi are shortage of talents,lack of technological innovation of enterprises,the unformed diversified investment and financing system and the innovation environment not put in place.In order to promote rapid economic development in Guangxi and to reached the level of Jiangxu,Zhejiang and other coastal provinces,we must adopt practical measures to promote technological innovation from talents＇ training and introduction,technology innovation of enterprises and innovative service etc.so as to improve the innovation ability of Guangxi.
