摘  要:目的观察芎芍胶囊对心肌梗死大鼠缺血心肌血管新生的影响。方法采用开胸结扎冠状动脉左前降支的方法建立心肌梗死模型,清洁级(或SPF级)SD大鼠(雌雄各半)分为模型组、高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组,每组8只,分别用生理盐水、芎芍胶囊高、中、低剂量进行灌胃给药,连续给药6周后采集血,分离样本,并按规定保存,用免疫组化评分法、血管新生相关因子检测法检测各组缺血心肌内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)、表皮细胞生长因子(EGF)、转化生长因子(TGF)、血小板源生长因子(PDGF)等促血管生成因子的表达。结果其中低、中、高剂量组对血管新生相关因子的促进作用与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义;高剂量组对VEGF、FGF的促进作用较中、低剂量组差异有统计学意义,中剂量组对EGF的促进作用较高、低剂量组差异有统计学意义。结论芎芍胶囊具有促进心肌梗死大鼠缺血心肌血管新生、提高心肌梗死大鼠心肌细胞VEGF、FGF、EGF蛋白的表达、保护心肌缺血性损伤的作用。Objective:To explore the effect of Xiongshao Capsule on ischemic myocardial infarction rats with myocardium infarction.Methods:Models ligated the left anterior descending coronary artery were divided randomly into the model group,the high dose group,the middle dose group and the low dose group with 8 mice in each group.After being used corresponding drug for 6 weeks,these angiogensis indices were detected in each group.Results:There were statistical differences among the control group and 3 treatment groups such as VEGF,FGF and EGF.The improvement degree of VEGF and FGF of the high dose group was superior to that of the middle and low dose group.In the middle dose group,the EGF increase was the highest in these 3 groups.In the control group,improvements including TGF and PDGF were were the most of 4 groups.Conclusion:Xiongshao Capsule can promote the ischemic myocardium angiogenesis and expressions of VEGF,FGF and EGF.There is a protective effect in the myocardial infarction.
