益肺康心胶囊对大鼠肺心病模型血液流变性影响的研究

摘　　要：目的观察益肺康心胶囊对大鼠肺心病模型血液流变学指标的影响。方法将60只SD大鼠分空白组、模型组、治疗组、对照组,每组15只。治疗组给予益肺康心胶囊,每日1次;对照组给予卡托普利,每日1次。连续给药15d,至检查前24h停药。观察益肺康心胶囊对大鼠肺心病模型血液流变学的影响。结果经益肺康心胶囊治疗后,血液流变学各项指标与模型组相比均有改善。结论益肺康心胶囊可有效改善大鼠肺心病模型血液流变学各项指标。Objective：To discuss the influence of Yifeikangxin Capsule on the hemorheology of SD rats with cor pulmonary heart disease.Methods：60 SD rats with were divided randomly into the normal group,the model group,the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given Yifeikangxin Capsule.The control group was used the Captopril.The course of treatment was 15 days.The blood was obtained from veins to test the index of hemorheology.Results：After the treatment of Yifeikangxin Capsule,every index of hemorheology was improved compared with the model group obviously.Conclusion：Yifeikangxin Capsule can improve the index of hemorheology of the rats with pulmonary heart disease.
