摘 要:根据水稻不同生长期的特征,在水稻箭叶与倒二叶叶舌齐平时套袋处理。用正交试验对影响人工接种稻曲病发病率的条件进行优化以获得最佳接种时期、接种病原菌体和接种方法。试验表明,在水稻破口前4 d注射接种菌丝-分生孢子的混合菌体为最佳组合方法,此时病粒率最高,达13.75%;始穗期和齐穗期发病率均为0。为稻曲病的侵染时期、侵染路径研究提供应用基础。According to the different growth periods over rice field,the experiment was conducted by bagging treatment when the ligule of flag leaf and the top second leaf were just of overlapping.The factors influencing incidence rates of rice false smut were studied and optimized with orthogonal design by means of artificial inoculation on field.The results showed that the optimal vaccination period,the best method of inoculation and vaccination pathogens thalli were as followed: for the high incidence of disease in 4 days before crevasse when mixture of hyphae and conidia were inoculated by injecting.The optimum percentage of disease grains was 13.75 %;the incidence of disease was 0 % at early earing stage and full heading stage.It provided basis for studying the infection period and the infection gate of Ustilaginoidea viren on rice.
