摘  要:为了制定毒死蜱在猕猴桃上的安全使用标准,采用田间试验法研究了毒死蜱在猕猴桃上的残留动态,应用气相色谱分析方法,测定了毒死蜱在猕猴桃上的残留量。毒死蜱在猕猴桃中消解较快,在套袋果实中半衰期为3.16 d,安全间隔期为19 d,在不套袋的果实上的半衰期为3.37 d,安全间隔期为18 d,属于易降解的农药(T1/2<30 d)。使用浓度为1∶1000水溶液在幼果期均匀喷施一次,28 d后,样品中检测出毒死蜱残留远低于国际上关于毒死蜱的农残限量(0.02 mg/kg)。In order to make up the criteria for safe application of chlorpyrifos on kiwi fruit,a field experiment was conducted to study the residual dynamics on kiwi fruit after application of chlorpyrifos.The chlorpyrifos was sprayed at dilution of 1000 times.The residuce of chlorpyrifos on kiwi fruit were determined by GC.The results showed that dissipation rates of chlorpyrifos in kiwi fruit were fast,with half-life of 3.16 d(with bag) and 3.37 d(without bag).The safety interval was 19 and 18 d.The residues of chlorpyrifos which were detected in kiwifruit at dilution of 1000 times,with a harvest with holding perild of 28 days after the treatment were under the international MRLs(0.02 mg/kg).
