高品质住宅楼板隔声施工技术

摘　　要：目前住宅楼板构造简单,不经处理很难达到标准的隔声指标要求,而住宅性能认定中楼板隔声性能符合要求是达到3A住宅性能认定的必要条件。结合施工承建项目,在样板间施工了9种不同结构构造做法的楼板,并进行了现场隔声测试。测试结果表明,采取浮筑楼板,合理设计、正确施工、消除声桥对改善住宅楼板隔声性能有重要意义。The residential floor slab is simple in construction. The sound insulation index can hardly attain 3A residential building requirement without sound insulation processing. Combing the construction item with nine different residential floor slab, field measurements of sound insulation were done. Through the comparison and analysis of many proposals of residential floor slab, test results reveal that adopting floating floor slab system, reasonable construction, avoiding sound delivering bridge in construction process, which is important to sound insulation of residential floor slab.
