摘　　要：球形钨粉是钨的深加工及开发高附加值产品的重要基础材料,具有非常重要的意义。笔者综述了国内外典型的几种球形钨粉制备工艺以及近年来球形钨粉在多孔钨部件、热喷涂领域以及粉末冶金工艺中的应用研究。指出等离子体法将是钨粉球形必不可少的工艺之一。The spherical tungsten powder is a vital strategic resource for tungsten deep processing and high value-added products development.This paper reviews several kinds of typical preparation technologies and the applications of the spherical tungsten powder in the porous tungsten parts,thermal spraying and powder metallurgy process.The plasma technology is one of the essential technologies for tungsten powder spheroidzing processes.
