通钢单机架冷轧无取向电工钢板50W800的开发

摘　　要：通钢利用先进的铁水脱硫、180t顶底复吹转炉、RH真空处理等设备以及板坯连铸连轧机生产冷轧硅钢热轧原料,再利用单机架六辊可逆轧机一次冷轧成型,总压下率78%,最后经过连续退火炉处理,成功开发了50W800冷轧无取向电工钢板,并实现了批量化生产。结果表明:开发的50W800板平均磁性性能铁损P1.5/50≈5.08W/kg,磁感B50=1.73T;产品板形和表面质量良好。Tonghua Steel Group developed non-oriented electrical steel successfully and achieved volume production.They produced the hot-rolled raw material for cold rolling silicon steel with advanced hot iron desulfurization device,180 t top-bottom converter,RH vacuum handing system and plate continuous casting and rolling mill;adopting single-reduced molding with total reduction of 78% by single six-high reversing mill and passing through heat treatment in continuous annealing furnace.The results indicated that the magnetic properties of the developed 50W800 sheets,such as the iron loss P1.5/50 can meet to 5.08 W/kg,the magnetic induction（B 50）can meet to 1.73 T,and the better shape and surface qualities were acquired.
