摘　　要：围绕济钢1#RH投产以来在工艺、设备、耐材、操作等方面出现的一些问题,从工艺路线、设备保障、质量控制、品种开发、产能提升等方面开展攻关实践,优化了生产工艺,提高了设备保障能力,1#RH产能得到大幅提升,最高单月产量达到89000t水平。同时,35×10-6以下超低碳深冲钢实现批量稳定生产,X70、X80管线钢夹杂物合格率达到98%水平。Surrounding the problems arisen in the process,equipment,refractory and operation since the No.1 RH start of operation,Jinan Steel made the practices for tackling key problems in the process route,equipment support,quality control,advanced steel development,capacity increase and so on.It optimized the production processes and increased equipment support ability.Therefore,the No.1 RH capacity was improved largely,the mensal maximal yield reached 89 000 tons.At the same time,ultra-low-carbon deep-drawing steel in which the mass fraction of the carbon below 35×10-6 realized batch production stably and the qualified ration of the inclusions in X70 and X80 pipeline steel was 98%.
