摘 要:通过对性能预报方法的对比分析,结合莱钢生产实际选用合适的建模方法,应用SPSS软件对从现场采集的大H型钢冶炼及轧制工艺数据进行回归分析,建立了力学性能预报模型并对其准确性进行了验证,结果显示能够满足现行生产的需要。该模型应用后,可优化生产工艺,提高了预报准确率,缩短了新产品开发的周期,降低了新产品开发的成本。By the comparison of properties forecasting methods,appropriate model building methods were chose according to the production conditions of Laiwu Steel.The data of H-beam steel smelting and rolling progress gathered from plant were ran regression analysis by using SPSS analysis.Forecast model of mechanical properties was built up and its veracity was tested.The results showed that it could satisfy the present requirement of industry.The process optimization can be conducted by applying the model,with the prediction accuracy significantly increasing,shortening the cycle of new product development,and reducing the cost of the new product development.
