摘　　要：本文结合香山美地工程,对施工过程中的施工工艺及质量、安全和工期控制措施作了详细的说明,并分析了工程实例中出现的问题及处理方法,希望能对其他类似工程的施工提供借鉴。This article describes the construction technique and the control measures of the safety,the quality and the time limit of the project with the example of the construction of Xiang Shan Mei Di.It analyzes the problems and the corresponding solutions,hoping to give references to the construction of the other similar projects.
