摘　　要：从浮法玻璃配合料质量控制中的超细粉、杂质铁、配合料水分3个方面进行分析,结合熔窑所使用的燃料,分析了影响熔窑寿命关键部位的侵蚀机理和过程,并简要介绍了减少侵蚀的方法。This article is analysis three parts of float glass batch quality control, that is micro powder, impurity iron, batch water, at the same time, it combine with furnace fuel, discuss and analysis the erosion theory and process which influence furnace life and the key parts and a brief introduction of reduce erosion method.
