摘 要:高速铁路已经成为世界铁路发展的主要潮流,高速铁路具有节能、环保、占地少、安全、便于城市间大容量运输等优点。从土地占用、利用新能源和可再生能源和"以电代油"三方面分析了高速铁路的节能减排效应;通过与其他运输方式能源消耗、污染物排放的比较,分析高速铁路环境优势;最后分析了高速铁路的经济效益和社会效益。研究结果表明,发展高速铁路将直接关系到整个交通运输业节能减排的效果,对实现低碳经济的目标具有重大而深远的意义。With its advantages in energy conservation, environmental triendliness, less land use, safety, and convenience for inter-city high-capacity transportation, the high-speed railway has become the mainstream in the world' s railways. It analyses the effect of energy conservation and environmental protection of the high- speed railway from land-using, utilizing new energy and renewable energy and replacing oil with power. It analyses the environmental advantage by comparing energy consuming and contamination eduction with other transport mode. Finally it analyses the social benefit and economic benefit of the high-speed railway. The conclusion is that developing high-speed railway directly relates to the results in energy conservation and emission reduction of the whole system, and also bears great significance to build a low-carbon economy.
