摘  要:通过分析"网络舆情"的传播特点、发展趋势,结合自身的实践及体会,探讨医疗机构应对网络舆情的引导策略及重要意义,为医疗机构进一步处理好网络舆情提供实践经验。Network is the fourth media after newspaper,broadcasting and television.Medical dispute has become one of key factors which evoked contradictions and impacted hospital reputation.Under the situation of the tough relationship between hospital and patients,how to deal with complicated network opinions has become one of the quality capabilities of management for medical institutions.This article analyzed the transmission characteristics and new trend of network opinions,and discussed the response strategy by hospitals according to the authors' practice,so as to provide some experience in dealing with network opinions in medical institutions.
