摘　　要：人民警察是法律的坚强守护者,也是一个容易受到袭击的群体。当前,袭警活动日益猖獗,人民警察的自身权益不断受到侵犯和挑战。为了弥补法律上的缺陷,保障正常的执法工作,有必要设立袭警罪。同时,应当明确袭警罪的犯罪构成。关于袭警罪的立法化过程也应当是渐进的。People＇s Police are strong guards of laws but also a group easily subject to attacks.At present,police-assaulted activities are rampant,police rights and interests are frequently invaded.To make up this legal flaw and to ensure the regular law enforcement,it is necessary to set up a crime of assaulting police.Meanwhile,the crime constitution should be made clear.Off course,the legislative process of setting up the police-assaulted crime should be progressive.
