摘　　要：通过对国防工程防护技术改造的分析,建立了国防工程防护技术改造方案的评价指标体系,并用灰色多层次综合评价方法对方案进行评价选优,为决策者进行国防工程防护技术改造方案选择提供了定量分析依据。实例表明该方法在方案优选中有一定应用价值。Through the analysis of protection technological transform in national defenses,the paper founds evaluation indexes system of protection technological transform project,and carry through evaluating in using of multi-level gred integration evaluation methods,put up the theory of quantitative analysis for the decision-making.The instance indicates the method is of validity and practicability.
