摘　　要：农产品产销链体系中存在的信息不对称问题破坏市场调节机制、降低政府监管能力、影响了农产品质量安全。文中对农产品质量安全信息不对称的各种表现进行了分析,并进一步探究其原因,最后提出了相应的对策:提高农业生产组织化程度,降低农产品供给者信息传递的单位成本;完善市场准入制度,通过立法强制农产品信息优势主体向信息劣势主体提供信息,并对所有违反农产品质量安全的行为加强惩治力度,缓解农产品从生产环节到市场销售环节过程中质量安全的信息不对称;构建有效的农产品质量安全信号传递机制,消除或削弱管理者、生产者、经营者和消费者之间的信息不对称。Asymmetric information existing in agricultural production and marketing chain influence agro-product quality and safety by destroying the market mechanism and weakening government regulation.A variety of performance and its causes of asymmetric information on agro-product quality and safety are analyzed,finally some countermeasures are proposed as follows：improving the level of organization of agricultural production,reducing the unit cost of information transmission;improving the market access system,strengthening legislation to force these who has the advantage of information to provide information to others,and all violations of agro-product quality and safety should be heavily punished in order to reduce the asymmetric information from producing to marketing processes of agricultural products;building an effective signaling mechanism of agro-product quality and safety to eliminate asymmetric information among the managers,producers,salers and consumers.
