摘　　要：乐府古诗《越裳操》屡见于典籍文献,从目前的资料看,"越裳"大约位于今越南中部一带,《越裳操》源自于古籍所载西周初年越裳氏献白稚一事。白稚来降在古代有祥瑞之义。而作为乐府古题,《越裳操》最晚在汉代就已经产生。Yueshang Cao,an old title of Yuefu poetry ,can be repeatedly seen in classics and documents. From the current available references, it can be concluded that the Yueshang was located in the middle part of Vietnam. the origin of Yueshangcao is Yueshang＇s offering of a Baizhi in the early zhou dynasty recorded in classics. The Baizhi was thought a auspicious sign in ancient time . As a old title of Yuefu poetry , Yueshang Cao came into existence no later than in the Han dynasty.
