摘  要:山地城市地形复杂,大多呈"一面坡",城市道路网存在不足,需要步行系统作为结构性的补充,以完善城市道路系统,因此步行道建设具有最重要的战略意义。目前山地城市规划中以车为本的规划思路仍为主流,对步行系统的考虑较少。本文以涪陵区综合交通规划中步行系统为例,研究在山地城市综合交通规划中步行系统战略地位提高的必要性,以及步行系统规划在山地城市交通规划中的重要性。The terrain in the mountainous city, mostly featuring in a side of slope, is so complicated that the grid of urban roads itself can not perfect the system of urban roads without the structural supplement of pedestrian system. Hence, the construction of footpaths has strategic significances. Nowadays, vehicle-oriented plans are still the mainstream in making planning of mountainous city while less emphasis has bee made on the consideration of pedestri- an system. In this thesis, the pedestrian system in the integrated traffic planning of Fuling District will be taken as an example to study the necessity of en- hancing the strategic status of pedestrian system in mountainous city's integrated traffic planning, to study its importance in the traffic planning of moun- tainous city.
