声发射在油田常压储罐检测中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了声发射检测技术的基本原理和特点,针对油田在用常压储罐检验存在的问题,应用德国VALLENAMSY-5声发射仪对油田在用的常压储罐罐底进行了检测,对现场检验情况和实测数据进行分析,根据现场检验存在的问题,提出了常压储罐声发射检测研究的下一步工作打算。The basic principle and characteristics of acoustic emission testing technology were introduced. The bottom of atmospheric pressure storage tanks used in oilfield was tested with German VALLEN AMSY-5 acoustic emission instrument according to the problems during its test. On the basis of analyzing the on-site inspection and actual data, the future working plan of acoustic emission test research on atmospheric pressure storage tanks was given according to the problems existing in on-site inspection.
