摘　　要：目的调查驻京部队中老年男性前列腺增生发病及相关治疗情况。方法随机选择驻京部队5个社区≥50岁男性作为调查对象,分别记录国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、腹部B超测量前列腺体积和残余尿量、测定最大尿流率(Qmax)、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)及接受治疗情况。结果符合标准的调查对象共231例,均为男性,年龄50～93(68.1±9.1)岁,所有被调查者IPSS评分9.8±8.0分,前列腺体积平均32.05±17.53g,;Qmax平均13.47±7.02ml/s,3者分别与年龄有不同的相关性。被调查者中重度下尿路症状患病率为57.6%,前列腺体积>20g者为74.1%,Qmax<15ml/s者为58.4%,总PSA平均值为2.73±1.24ng/ml。结论驻京部队≥50岁男性的下尿路症状、前列腺体积与年龄正相关,Qmax与年龄负相关,以IPSS>7分、前列腺体积>20g、Qmax<15ml/s为标准,驻京部队男性前列腺增生患病率为31.6%。Objective To investigate the prevalence of benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）in Beijing army.Methods A cross-sectional study was performed at community of Beijing army in men aged over 50 years.The International Prostate Symptom Score（IPSS）questionnaires was used to establish symptoms,abdominal utrasonography was done to measure prostate size and the residual urine volume,uroflowmetry was performed to recorded the maximum flow.Results Two hundreds and thirty-one subjects were enrolled and the mean age was 68.1±9.1 years（range 50～93 years）.The mean value of IPSS,prostate size and Qmax was 9.8±8.0,32.05±17.53 g and 13.47±7.02 ml/s respectively.These had some correlation with age.The incidence of lower urinary tract symptoms（LUTS）was 57.6%.The prostatic volume of 74.1 percent cases was more than 20 g.Qmax of 58.4 percent cases was less than 15 ml/s.The mean value of T-PSA was 2.73±1.24 ng/ml.Conclusions Of men age over 50 years in Beijing army,there is positive correlation between LUTS,prostate size and age,and negative correlation between Qmax and age.The prevalence of BPH,defined as IPSS greater than 7,maximum flow less than 15 ml/s and prostate size greater than 20 g,was 31.6%.
