摘 要:目的分析引起医院感染的铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)的分离率及耐药情况,为配合临床更好的诊治提供依据。方法回顾性分析2008~2009年我院共215株PAE的分离率及耐药情况,采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果 PAE占总G-菌株的13.05%,位居院内临床分离G-杆菌的第二位;主要分布于ICU和呼吸内科,送检标本以痰液为主。对抗菌药物的敏感率:阿米卡星〉妥布霉素〉哌拉西林/他唑巴坦〉亚胺培南〉环丙沙星〉庆大霉素〉左氧氟沙星〉头孢他啶〉50%。IRPA组中有72.22%发生于ICU内;且对多种抗菌药物的敏感率低于ISPA组。ICU组较非ICU组相比,其PAE对亚胺培南、头孢他啶等敏感率明显降低。结论 PAE是引起医院内感染的常见致病菌,ICU及呼吸内科常见,痰液中分离率最高。我院PAE对阿米卡星的敏感率最高。IRPA多见于ICU,且对多种抗菌药物的敏感率下降。ICU内易出现耐药菌株,应严格监控。Objective Analysing the separation rate and resistance changes between 2008 to 2009 of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PAE) which is the main pathogen causing hospital-acquired infections for better clinical diagnosis and treatment.MethodsThe date of 215 PAE separations bwteen 2008 to 2009 in my hospital were analysed with the SPSS13.0 statistics software.ResultsPAE consisted 13.05% of.the total G-strain and ranks the second in G-bacteria of nosocomial clinical isolates.PAE mainly distributed in the ICU and the department of respiratory medicine Antibiotic sensitivity rates: amikacinTobramycin piperacillin/tazobactamimipenemciprofloxacingentamicinlevofloxacinceftazidime50%.IRPA group occurred in 72.22% in ICU;and sensitive to many antimicrobial drugs was lower than ISPA group.ICU group than in non-ICU group compared to the PAE of imipenem,ceftazidime and other sensitive rate was significantly lower.ConclusionsPAE is a common pathogenic bacteria which causes infection in hospital especially in ICU and the department of respiratory medicine.PAE was sensitive to amikacin.IRPA was not sensitive to many antibiotics.
