摘  要:[目的]探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者机械通气早期进行肠内营养支持(EN)时血浆胃动素(MTL)、二胺氧化酶(DAO)浓度的变化及其意义.[方法]给予53例COPD机械通气患者EN治疗,并检测其机械通气前及机械通气后24 h、48 h的MTL、DAO水平.[结果]53例患者中出现EN耐受患者39例,不耐受患者14例,不耐受EN患者机械通气前及机械通气后24 h、48 h的MTL、DAO水平均高于耐受患者(P〈0.05).[结论]血浆MTL、DAO水平可以作为对COPD机械通气患者进行早期肠内营养前耐受性评价的指标.[Objective]To explore the changes of plasma concentration of motilin (MTL) and diamine oxi dase(DAO) concentration in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients who received early enteral nutrition(EN) support. [Methods]Fifty three COPD patients with mechanical ventilation were treated with EN. The concentrations of plasma MTL and DAO at before, 24h and 48h after mechanical ventilation were measured. [Results] Of the 53 patients, 39 patients tolerated EN treatment while 14 patients did not tolerate. The concentrations of plasma MTL and DAO at before, 24h and 48h after mechanical ventilation in patients who did not tolerated EN treatment were higher than those in patients who tolerated EN treatment ( P〈0. 05). [Conclusion]The concentrations of plasma MTL and DAO can be used as indicators for evaluating the EN tolerance before EN treatment in COPD patients with mechanical ventilation.
