摘　　要：本文通过对美国和中国OLED专利宏观统计分析发现:美国和中国专利年度申请量近年出现了下降;国外OLED企业在美国和中国申请了大量专利,进行了专利布局,而中国大陆企业在中国国内申请专利较少,在美国申请专利更少,中国OLED企业专利布局工作滞后;美国OLED专利技术主要集中在电致发光材料、电致发光光源、电发光面板等领域,而中国OLED专利技术主要集中在发光材料制备、光发射组件、封装等领域。Based on the macro statistical analysis of OLED patent in the U.S.and China,we found that the patent application quantities per year in the U.S.and China declined in recent years;foreign enterprises applied for a large number of patents and made patent portfolios in the U.S.and China while patent applications in China from Chinese enterprises was relatively small,and less in U.S..On the patent portfolios Chinese enterprises was lagging;the patent technologies in U.S.mainly focused on electroluminescent materials,electroluminescent light source,electroluminescent panel and other fields,while in China mainly focused on electroluminescent materials,electroluminescent components,packaging and other fields.
