摘  要:目的了解医院感染菌的分布及耐药情况,为细菌性感染治疗提供依据。方法回顾性分析2008年1月~2009年12月医院感染菌的感染及耐药情况,采用VITEK-32全自动微生物分析系统、API细菌鉴定系统及ATB药敏系统对临床分离的4460株感染菌进行鉴定和药敏试验。结果 4460株感染菌中,居前六位的细菌是:大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白假丝酵母菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌,这六种菌占检出菌的60.92%;亚胺培南仍是革兰阴性杆菌较好的治疗药物,鲍曼不动杆菌对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦的敏感率较理想,达到95.8%,未发现对万古霉素耐药的葡萄球菌,白假丝酵母菌对氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素B和制霉菌素的敏感率达到93%以上。结论医院感染菌菌谱的调查和规范的细菌耐药性监测工作对医院感染菌治疗十分必要。Objective To understand the information on the pathogens in hospital through analysis of clinical bacteria and the monitoring to the results in drug-resistance and offer a basis for the treatment of bacterial infection.Methods Infection and drug resistance of bacteria in our hospital from Jan.2008 to Dec.2009 were analyzed.4460 strains pathogens isolated from patients were identified by VITEK 32 or API system and bacteria's drug susceptibility test was performed using ATB system.Results The top 6 strains(60.92%) were E.coil,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Candida albicans,Klebsiella pneumonia and A.baumannii.Gram-negative rod is sensitive to imipenem.A.baumannii resistant rates to cefoperazone/sulbactam were 4.2%.Staphy-lococci had no drug resistance to vancomycin.Candida albicans had a higher susceptibility to fluorocytosine,amphotericin B and nystatin.The sensitive rate was more than 93%.Conclusion It is very important for the treatment of bacterial infection to investigate the information of hospital pathogens and to monitor their drug resistance.
