摘　　要：目的了解成都市地震灾后重建工地的职业卫生现状,为加强重建工地的职业卫生管理提供建议。方法选择35家重建工地,采用调查表和工作场所检测的方法调查职业卫生状况。结果重建工地均未设置专职职业卫生管理人员;灾区重建工地工人接触职业病危害因素时间较非灾区长,时间加权浓度和强度较非灾区高。结论应加强灾后重建工地的管理。Objective To investigate the current occupational health status at the reconstruction sites after May 12 earthquake in Chengdu,and provide evidence for the occupational health management of the reconstruction sites.Methods The survey and inspection were conducted at 35 reconstruction sites randomly selected.Results No person in charge of occupational health management was assigned at these reconstruction sites.The time of expose to occupational hazards of the workers in quake hit area was longer than that in other areas（P0.05）,and the TWA or LAeq,8h were higher too（P0.05）.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the management of the reconstruction sites.
