摘 要:本文改进了亚硝基R盐分光光度法测定合金钢中钴的分析方法,并详细探讨了该方法中吸收波长、缓冲溶液、氧化剂、消解酸种类、加热时间、共存离子等测定条件对结果准确度和精密度的影响。结合示差光度法,在不需分离铁、铜、镍、铬等干扰元素的条件下,可适用于测定合金钢中高含量钴,相对误差在3%以下,相对标准偏差小于1%。测定高含量钴标准样品时,结果令人满意。本方法线性范围宽,重现性好、分析速度快、准确度高,可满足生产分析需要。A better Nitroso-R-salt spectrophotometric method was established to determine cobalt content in alloy steel. The influence of various experimental parameters, including wavelength, buffer solutions, oxidant, acid types, heating time and coexist ions, on the accuracy and precision were investigated in detail. Combining with differential photometry, the high content of cobalt in alloy steel can be determined in the presence of the interference elements such as Fe, Cu, Ni and Cr etc. The relative error is under 3 and relative standard deviation is under 1%. The test result for the cobalt standard with high content is satisfactory. It was proved that the method we developed in this paper has wide linear range, good reproducibility, fast speed and high accuracy, which is suitable for quality control in industry.
