摘 要:采用热分析技术研究了Y2Ba4CuBiOx先驱混合物的相变过程,确定其大致形成的温度范围,通过对不同烧结温度下样品的X射线衍射(XRD)分析发现,烧结温度为980℃时可获得Y2Ba4CuBiOx(2411)单相粉体;通过环境扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察和分析了Y2Ba4CuBiOx粉体的粒度分布,发现制备的粉体中既有纳米级Y2Ba4CuBiOx粒子,也有微米级大Y2Ba4CuBiOx粒子,而大粒子大部分是由小粒子团聚而成的。Phase-change process of Y2Ba4CuBiOx pioneer powders were studied by thermal analysis techniques,Determining the range of temperatures at which the powder formed. Then phase compositions and structure of the different temperature samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD). It was found that when the sample was sintered at 980℃, the best single crystal diffraction peak of 2411 phase was obtained. Finally, the particles size and carbon content of Y2Ba4CuBiOx powders were analyzed through environmental scanning electron microscope (SEM). The result shows that both nano and micron Y2Ba4CuBiOx particles exist while the majority of large particles are formed by the agglomeration of small particles.
